We’re delighted to share that during 2022, the team at The International Stock Exchange raised over £16,000 for The Bailiwick of Guernsey Victim Support & Witness Service, as their Charity of Choice!

They held a step challenge, various sweepstakes, a games night and an afternoon tea for almost 100 guests as part of their fundraising initiatives. This money will go towards delivering our charity’s vital services in 2023

2023 is Victim Support & Witness Service’s 25th year of operation.

We continue to welcome newcomers to our volunteer pool and currently there are 22 people providing the backbone to our services.

 

2023 brings an updated volunteer training program which will complement their existing skills and knowledge.  

​

We will also continue to invite local charities and organisations to come and talk to our volunteer team to enable us to signpost our clients when appropriate.

 

​In January we welcomed Legal Aid to talk to our volunteers about what Legal Aid is and how and when our service users can apply for it.
