We support people affected by crime, whether they’re victims, witnesses, or family members trying to help.
We listen. We guide. We help people feel safer, stronger, and more able to take part in justice.
We’re not part of the police or courts. But work closely with them to ensure people don’t fall through the gaps.

Jenny
MANAGER
Jenny is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s overall operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strategic development. Jenny leads the team, manage resources, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure all work aligns with organisational values, policies, and legal requirements. -

Philomena
DEPUTY MANAGER
Philomena supports the Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the service, providing leadership, supervision, and operational oversight. She helps coordinate staff, volunteers, service delivery, and case management to maintain consistency and quality. -

Corey
INDEPENDENT SEXUAL VIOLENCE ADVISOR & SUPPORT OFFICER
Corey provides support to victims of any crime and specialist emotional and practical support to individuals affected by sexual violence. She offers independent trauma-informed guidance through the criminal justice process, ensures clients understand their rights and options, and works closely with partner agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. -

Lola
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Lola ensures the smooth operation of the organisation through efficient administrative support. She handles communications, schedules appointments, maintains records, manages data systems, and assists staff and clients with day‑to‑day organisational needs. -

FRAUD ADVISOR
Julie-Anne is working on a Fraud Pilot Project to help develop and implement tailored support to victims of fraud. She support clients, liaises with relevant agencies and works to raise awareness and prevention of fraud related issues.

INDEPENDENT SEXUAL VIOLENCE ADVISOR
Leah offers dedicated, trauma-informed support to survivors of sexual violence. She offers independent trauma informed guidance through the criminal justice process, ensure clients understand their rights and options, and work closely with partner agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
