For Victims.

You don’t have to go through this alone.

Being a victim of crime can leave you feeling scared, angry, overwhelmed, or feeling nothing at all.

There’s no right way to react. And no one-size-fits-all solution.

But you don’t have to deal with it by yourself.

We’re here to support you in your time and in your way.

What support looks like.

Support isn’t a script. It’s a conversation.
We’ll listen. We’ll explain your options. We’ll help you feel more in control again.

Depending on what you need, we can offer:

  • Emotional support and someone to talk to

  • Practical help (like safety planning or form-filling)

  • Advice on your rights and next steps

  • Help navigating the justice system

  • Access to our Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA), if appropriate

  • Referrals to other services that can help

Everything is confidential. And always led by you.

Who we support.

  • People who’ve been directly affected by crime, recent or non-recent

  • Parents or carers of children who’ve been affected

  • People feeling unsafe, unsettled or isolated after an incident

You don’t need a police report to access support. And we’ll never pressure you to take any legal steps.

Need Help Now?

If you’ve been affected by crime, or you’re supporting someone who has, we’re here for you.

You can contact us directly, or the police or another agency may refer you.

Once we’ve heard from you, a trained team member will be in touch.

We’ll agree on a time and way to talk that feels safe and works for you - in person or by phone.
